As I am sure you are aware, the recent international conference on Deep Surveys of the Radio Universe, held at the Club from 31 March to 4 April 2008, was a great success. The conference ran flawlessly and the organisation committee had many compliments from the attendees on the excellent overall management of the event, the quality of the venue and catering and the many opportunities for exciting scientific and casual conversations. I think the lamingtons we had on day 2 were the best I have ever tasted! We would like to thank you and the Club staff for making our first international conference a resounding success. Last night was absolutely splendid! It was an enormous success - the room looked fantstic, the food was sensational with all tastes catered for and the wines perfec. The wait staff were brilliantand did an amazing job, particularly the Banquet Supervisor who oversaw the evening with such expertise and grace. A number of guests commented on his easy and yet professional manner. Last night was an extremely important event for us, and we wanted to get it "just right". Thank you for organising everything so well for the SPACH Workshop last week at the University Club. Everybody was very happy with everything. All the Club staff were lovely and very obliging and professional. The dinner on Thursday night was delightful - the food was delicious, the service excellent and the staff very obliging and friendly.

I am writing to commend your organisation of our Women of Achievement dinner held at the University Club of Western Australia on 14th June. Your organisation prior to, and during the event, was excellent.
The participants in our evening were very forthcoming with their praise for the venue, the food, the service and the ambiance of the event. I thought our people could be critical of value for money as we increased the price for this event compared to previous ones. I did not have once criticism.
At other venues we have used, the service has often interfered with the events of the evening. On Tuesday night, however, Andre and his staff were seamless in their service. Andre also went beyond the call of duty to help me out with a couple of responsibilities I had forgotten. He did this most obligingly and his support was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated his flexibility, constant monitoring of the event and anticipating any needs we had.
Our people are still talking about the content of the evening and their impressions of the event. This is, in no small part, to your organisation. Once again, many thanks.

What can we say, we were both gob-smacked. With your help, we certainly made a very good impression on our family and friends.
The room was impeccably presented, the food was divine (best wedding food we've ever had!!) and the service from the waiting staff was professional, courteous and timely.
It is certainly a day we will remember, but for all the right reasons.
We know it comes down to a team effort, but in our book, you were the leader of that team for us! A HUGE hug and kiss to you.

A short note from the new Mrs Pearman! I hope you received our thank you card but I just wanted to say a big thank you again to the Uni Club for helping us to host such an excellent reception. The food and service were absolutely fantastic and of a very high quality. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about the Uni Club. We had a wonderful wedding and the reception was certainly a big part of it.
